All sales are final. Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges. Each costume is handcrafted to your specifications, making it unique.
However, if you receive an item with a manufacturing defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and a detailed description of the issue. We will assess the problem and, if necessary, provide repair services at no additional cost. Shipping fees for sending the item back for repairs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We are not responsible for damages caused by improper use, modifications, or third-party alterations. Please follow our care instructions to ensure the longevity of your costume.

• Custom Orders: All custom orders require approval and confirmation before production begins. Once work has started, changes cannot be made.
• Payment Process: Payments are handled individually via invoice. Full payment or an agreed-upon deposit is required before production begins.
• Production Time: Each suit is made to order. Estimated production times vary and will be communicated during the ordering process. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances may occur.
• Shipping & Delivery: We use trusted shipping providers, but we are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses caused by third-party shipping services.
• Intellectual Property: All designs, photos, and website content are the property of REDIN and may not be used or replicated without permission.
• Order Cancellation: Once an order is placed and production has begun, cancellations are not accepted.
