We require a 20% non-refundable deposit to secure your place in the queue. The rest can be paid upfront or in monthly installments (payment plan).
Yes — the interior is made with breathable AirMesh fabric and comes with removable pads. You can reposition them for a perfectly customized fit, keeping the helmet fresh and comfortable even during long sessions.
The neck part is removable and can be hand-washed gently. The fur can be cleaned with textile spray and a soft brush, then wiped with a damp cloth. This way your Protogen always stays fresh and fluffy.
Yes! We’ll share updates with you during the build — from work-in-progress approvals to photo reports at key stages — so you always know how your Protogen is coming to life.
