Yes I have. After you receive your fursuit, you can ask any questions if you have any. Sometimes I ask customers for feedback on their protogens after a while to get feedback. I also have an agreement with a service in the US where they can help you with protogen repair in case of a breakdown.

Since all fursuits are custom-made, I don't accept returns. However, I offer assistance with adjustments if needed.
