What Our Clients Say
Commission Process
Ordering a custom protogen is simple and transparent. We’ll guide you through every step and keep you updated throughout the entire build.
  • Reserve Your Slot
    Your commission begins with a 1/3 deposit, which secures your place in our production queue.
  • Design & Materials
    We’ll finalize your protogen’s design together and confirm all materials before production begins. This includes selecting the exact fur and plastic colors using real material samples.
  • Production
    Once all materials arrive, we begin building your protogen. You’ll receive regular work-in-progress photos so you can follow the creation process.


    At this stage, the second 1/3 payment is due.
  • Final Assembly & Quality Control
    We complete the build, thoroughly test every electronic component and feature, perform a full quality inspection, and create professional photos and videos of your finished protogen.
  • Shipping
    Before shipping, the remaining 1/3 balance is paid. Your protogen is then carefully packed in a durable, discreet shipping box to ensure it arrives safely anywhere in the world.
